Day 1: Day 1 - Bagdogra/NJP to Gangtok 125 kms 4 hours approx.

Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) – He will be assisting for the transfer to Gangtok – Gangtok the capital of Sikkim Suits all from tranquility to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals & festivals at an height of 1670 meters / 5480 feet and is the most visited spot of India. It is one of the most beautiful town with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and butterflies - Nearly 135 kilometers 4 ½ - 5 hours drive – Check into hotel – Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Gangtok

Day 2: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (Full Day)

Morning breakfast at hotel – Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (New ) nearly 40 kilometers - The Lake is oval shaped lake nearly 50 feet deep - Generally covered in snow for most of the year the year – This lake is home to the Brahmini ducks & many migratory birds – Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all - Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is optional tour - Back to Gangtok - Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Gangtok (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)

Day 3: Transfer to Darjeeling

After breakfast at hotel and then forwarding journey to Darjeeling – The road is scenic and pass through Gyalsing and Jorethang - Transfer to Darjeeling takes nearly 135 Kilometers 3 – 3 ½ hours – It is situated t an height of 2123 meters / 70001 feet - It is a land of breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the Mount Everest is the Queen of the hills – Darjeeling is home to many international Schools and few of the internationally famous site like Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, etc – It is also home to the famous World Heritage train – The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) - Check into hotel – Evening free - Over Night stay at Darjeeling

Day 4: Darjeeling Local Sight Seeing- Transfer to Siliguri

Early morning at around 3:45 AM drive to 8000 feet / 2440 meters through primitive forests of oak, magnolia to Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather) – On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop – On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop – Back to hotel for breakfast - After breakfast rest for half an hour After breakfast next round of sight seeing - Half Day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace Pagoda – Back to hotel – Evening free to stroll around the area – Evening Transfer to Siliguri.

Day 5: Departure

Morning breakfast - After breakfast transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB).

Accommodation at mentioned hotels or Similar as per meal plans mentioned.

All transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary by AC Innova / Xylo / Scorpio (Maximum 06 Pax).

Vehicle will be strictly on point to point basis (Not on disposal basis).

All parking charges and Road taxes, toll taxes.

Assistance by our representatives during airport/station transfers.

Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered

Monument & Museum Entrance Fees for the sights mentioned in the Itinerary.

Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”.

The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary

• Price mentioned is on twin sharing/Double occupancy basis
• Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as a confirmation acknowledgment.

• Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure
• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
