Day 1: Welcome to Hong Kong | Arrival at the HK Airport

Arrival at Hong Kong airport. Our representative will pick from the airport and drop you to the hotel. As soon as you reach your hotel, relax for a bit and then get ready in the evening for witnessing the breathtaking view of Hong Kong in the night.You will be given a night tour of Hong Kong.

Day 2: Hong Kong Morning City tour

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you would go exploring Hong Kong with a morning city tour on seat-in-coach basis. The tentative pick-up time would be between 8:30 to 9:30. The tour includes a visit to Kowloon Waterfront- situated at the southern tip of West Kowloon. The 400-metre harbor-front walk is an excellent vantage point, to take in the beautiful Victoria Harbor. You would then visit a jewelry workshop and souvenir shop, where you could find some great antique pieces. Later, you would be take a tram-ride to the Victoria Peak, the highest peak of Hong Kong provides a jaw-dropping view of the magnificent skylines. The tour will end at Tsim Sha Tsui Area which is the shopping, dinning & entertainment hub of the city. Spend the rest of the evening exploring the area on your own as the return transfer to the hotel is not included.

Day 3: Day at Leisure or Disneyland Tour (additional cost)

After breakfast, you would have rest of the day at leisure to enjoy the city. Disneyland is often dubbed as the happiest place on earth The Hong Kong Disneyland is as happening as its American counterpart. Here, you would enjoy the fun-filled rides, taste delicious food and get the chance to meet your favorite Disney characters as they walk the lively streets. Another great experience would be the spectacular Disney Parade where the Disney characters make an appearance in their typical extravagant fashion. After the fantastic day, you would head back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Departure Day from Hong Kong

Post Breakfast, Check out & get transfer to the airport to catch flight back to home. We hope that you would have like your Hong Kong Holidays with 360Trip!

• Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure
• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
