Day 1: Johannesburg-Suncity

On arrival at Johannesburg International Airport after clearing customs & immigration and picking your luggage we proceed to board our coach to the resort of Suncity. Overnight in Sun City. (D)

Day 2: Suncity

Today you have the whole day to yourself to explore the vast complex of Suncity on your own.You will be amazed at this oasis in the desert, with a man-made sea, complete with waves and beaches. Enjoy wind surfing or go swimming at the Valley of the Waves or relax at the Water World. Take a walk over the Bridge of Time into the Entertainment Center where fantasies really come true. Day 3: Suncity-Johannesburg

This morning you drive early to Johannesburg. South Africa’s biggest city, was once home to Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu. You have the time to relax or explore the city on your own. Overnight in Johannesburg. (B, L, D)

Day 4: Johannesburg-Port Elizabeth

We take an early morning flight to Port Elizabeth, A major port, it’s also known for its numerous beaches. Day 5: Port Elizabeth - Garden Route

This morning you drive to the Garden Route’, a scenic stretch of the south-eastern coast of South Africa, stretching from Mossel Bay in the Western Cape to the Storms River. Enroute there is a stop at The Bloukraans Bridge in Tistsikamma National Park where you have a chance to bungee jump off one of the highest Bungee-jump bridges in the world (On your own). Day 6: Garden Route

Today, after breakfast you proceed to Oudtshoorn. Enroute there is a stop at Cango Caves, where you are taken to see the first two chambers. The stalactite and stalagmite formations are an incredible sight. You then proceed to Cango Wildlife Ranch, where you can discover a variety of animals seldom seen. Venture into Crocodile enclosures, visit Snake Park and Cheetahland. Next there is a visit to an Ostrich Farm where you will get a chance to see these magnificent birds. Day 7: Cape Town

Today, we check-out and continue our journey by coach along the Garden Route to Cape Town. Also known as the ‘Mother City’ in the Western Cape, Cape Town is the oldest city in South Africa. Overnight in Cape Town. (B, HPL, D)

Day 8: Cape Town

Today after breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Cape Town with its majestic Table Mountain backdrop. See the Houses of Parliament and the ‘Tuinhuis’ (President’s Office), the Company Gardens, St. George’s’ Cathedral and the Malay Quarter. Visit the world-famous Table Mountain, (weather permitting). Day 9: Cape Town

Today you will be taken to visit the Cape of Good Hope. Your tour takes you to the fishing harbor of Hout Bay, from where you take a short cruise to the Seal Island. You also drive via the Atlantic Coast to Cape Point. Marvel at the view of the southern-most tip of South Africa where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. You then take a funicular ride up to the lighthouse to truly absorb this majestic view. Then visit Boulders Beach, situated just after the picturesque village of Simons’s Town. Day 10: Cape Town- Nairobi

Today we take a flight to Nairobi.Jambo! Welcome to Kenya. On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be picked up and taken to your hotel in Nairobi (Checkin after 1500 hrs). Situated on the Nairobi River, the city is not only the largest and fastest growing city in Kenya, but one of the largest in Africa. Overnight in Nairobi. (B, D)

Day 11: Nairobi-Masai Mara

Today you proceed by your safari van towards the Masai Mara National Reserve. Before departing you are taken to the Giraffe Centre where you get an opportunity to get up close and personal with the giraffes & also do a brief Orientation tour of this capital city. Enroute there is also a stop at the edge of the Great Rift Valley for a magnificent view of the valley and the two volcanoes.Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah & its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Day 12: Masai Mara

Today you will be taken for an extensive drive into the reserve to see varied kinds of game, such as crocodiles and hippos resting in the water. Game drives are designed to take you close to the wildlife rich spots in the Maasai Mara, where your ranger spots the best possible game.In the afternoon return to your lodge. Day 13: Masai Mara- Lake Elementaita

Early this morning you will be driven to Lake Elementaita, a shallow soda lake in the Great Rift Valley, which is home to pelicans, storks and flamingos. Overnight in Lake Elementaita. (B, L, D)

Day 14: Lake Elementaita -Nyahururu

Today you proceed towards Nayhururu to view the Thompson Falls, a scenic 74 m (243 ft) waterfall on the Ewaso Ng’iro river, named after fur trapper David Thompson. Upstream from the falls is one of the highest hippo pools in Kenya. Overnight in Nyahururu. (B, L, D)

Day 15: Nyahururu-Aberdare

This morning you are driven to the Solio Ranch, a privatelyowned wildlife conservancy, geared toward rhino conservation. Here there is a good chance of your spotting these huge animals. Later we drive to the Aberdare, picturesque, steep forested ravines and open moorland characterise the Aberdare National Park.Overnight in Aberdare. (B, L, D)

Day 16: Departure

    • The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
    • Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
    • Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
    • Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

    HOTEL

    • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
    • In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
    • Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
    • An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

    SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

    • Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
    • Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
    • In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
    • Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
    • All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

    • Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
    • The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
    • Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
    • The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
    • Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
    • The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
    • For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
    • For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
