Day 1: Arrive Srinagar

On arrival at the Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. From the airport it is a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city. The drive takes you past the Abdullah bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum River, snaking its way towards the North-Western frontier of Kashmir

Day 2: Srinagar To Gulmarg

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level. The drive past colorful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesque market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feet and dominates the entire region. Arrive Gulmarg early in the afternoon and check in at the hotel. Later we will begin a short tour around the meadow familarising ourselves with the beauty. In Gulmarg, we will board the Gondola cable car system, and ascend towards the Afarwatt Mountain range. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so and later do some horse-riding to the strawberry valley. Rest of the day free at leisure for individual activities. Overnight stay at Gulmarg

Day 3: Gulmarg To Pahalgam

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive towards Pahalgam on the National Highway 1A. This road connects the Valley to the rest of the country. We drive past the saffron fields of Pampore, the marvellous ruins of Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. You can even sample a few exotic breads sold by vendors near the road. We switch the national highway at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder river flowing from the opposite direction. Arrive Pahalgam and check in at the hotel and later do some nature walks to unwind ourselves. Overnight stay at Pahalgam

Day 4: Pahalgam To Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from hotel and half day sightseeing by driving to the picturesque Chandanwari and Betaab valley or ride by horseback across the wildlife sanctuary towards Baisaran meadows. After complete sightseeing drive to Srinagar. Arrive Srinagar, check-in at the hotel / houseboats. In the evening you can go for shopping around the local flea markets and also do window shopping or enjoy yet another short ride of the famous shikara. Overnight stay at Srinagar

Day 5: Srinagar Departure

After morning breakfast, check-out from hotel and drive to the airport. On the way to the airport you can make a brief stopover for some last minute shopping in the city center. Drop at airport for your onwards journey.

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
