So this was the second time me and my husband chose 360 trip and as experienced earlier, the experience this time also was excellent. The first time we chose them was for our honeymoon to Europe last year. And yes, we were sceptical at that time as it was a newly formed company and we had no idea about what their work But, I am GLAD and HAPPY we chose them. Everything was so well planned and organized, that we were forced to come back to them again and consult them for our anniversary trip as well. This time we had chosen Mauritius. Everything was perfectly planned and in a hassle free manner. From the hotel booking to the flights to the tours, you name it and the team will advise you the best options. Swati's immense knowledge saved a lot of our efforts in planning our perfect itinerary. So a big thanks to her and her team. Thanks a lot Swati for all your efforts and advises. My wife & I took a trip to Central Europe at the end of September. I am generally very choosy and hands-on when it comes to my travels and have been known to cause stress to agents dealing with me. This time was different though, the knowledge Swati and her team showed made me leave the entire planning process including the choice of hotels and itinerary to her. Believe me, it was a very difficult decision for me but after our trip was over, we can easily say it was the best decision. She was able to tell me what would work best for us & what would not and planned & booked accordingly. They were also always very timely in their responses. While we were hesitant and skeptical dealing with a new agency - we were sold by the perfect itinerary they created for us and helping us out with the Visa formalities & documentation. Every single city trip was well thought out and the choice of hotels including its location simply excellent. I had an amazing experience of my Bali Trip with 360 trip. Relatively a start up but they are beating the likes of MMT and yatra. I took the decision of planning my holidays with them and each and every decision they proved to be worth it. Amazing planners they have. I was not sure to travel or not due to a volcanic eruption in Bali but Neetu Arya(a gem to the company) she took care of my every query and concern with utmost patience and sincerity. The kind of communication and message Neetu is delivering on behalf of 360 is commendable. She is a real asset to the company with excellent management skills. Definitely i would like to plan again my holidays and have recommended many friends to use there services. Keep it up Swati and team.. and Neetu you are awesome keep up the good job!!!

There were two parts to the trip, I planned for my sister to Singapore. One was initial phase -finalizing the tour plan and second was execution. During the initial phase, Neetu Arya was quite proactive and she happily responded to all my queries and trip was finalized without any much challenges with her. I appreciate Neetu's effort for the same. During the execution phase, good thing was there was no hidden charges, what was decide, was provided. The challenge was Travel Agent at Singapore. The travel partner at Singapore, was not upto mark. They never adhered to committed timelines for pick and drop. Also the behavior of the staff was not very cordial. Due to travel partner at Singapore, considerable time was lost for most of the sightseeing activities.Though raised concern to the partner doesn't have any effect and then calling back to Neetu and her boss made things better.

The trip was well planned we all were quite scared of the amount initially as all the conversation and transaction confirmations were only on phone calls and emails.
