Day 1: Arrive Madrid, Spain

Welcome to the city of Madrid! Check in the hotel. Time to start exploring Madrid Choose a local restaurant, an authentic tapas bar near your hotel, or visit one of Madrid's many world-class museums. Your Tour Director is available in the early evening to give you expert suggestions on the best ways to enjoy the city. Overnight at Hotel in Madrid.

Day 2: Madrid City Sightseeing Walking tour

This morning, feel free to join our optional walking tour of the city centre with a local guide's insightful introduction to local history and culture, followed by a visit to the Prado Museum. Go off the beaten path with a visit to one of several UNESCO World Heritage Sites surrounding Madrid: San Lorenzo del Escorial, Alcala de Henares, Aranjuez, or the beautiful Hayedo de Montejo area. Overnight at Hotel in Madrid.

Day 3: Madrid to Valencia

Today, proceed on a guided tour of Toledo. See the most famous monuments during a walking tour of the city centre, including St Tome Church, Santa Maria la Blanca Synagogue, San Juan delos Reyes Church, Museo Victoria Macho and the Cathedral. Also visit sword making factory wherein you will be shown how the swords are made. The Factory houses museum of traditional swords. Later drive to Valencia (on own)/ you may choose to opt for Train journey as well. Overnight in Valencia.

Day 4: Valencia - Guided City tour

Today, on guided tour of Valencia, see the Town Hall, the Bull Ring, the massive Gateway Towers of Serranos and Quart, and the new Arts and Science Complex designed by the famous Valencian architect Calatrava. Also see the imposing La Seo Cathedral. Free time for lunch. Later, Visit Lladro Factory where you will see how these iconic porcelain figurines are made. Overnight in Valencia

Day 5: Valencia - Barcelona

Post breakfast, check out & spend some leisure time to stroll & explore this magnificent city by own. later on transfer to the train station (by own) to catch train to Barcelona. Arrival at Barcelona & transfer to the Hotel. Check in & rest day at leisure to relax or to explore. Overnight at Barcelona.

Day 6: Half Day Barcelona City Tour

Today, morning drive to Barcelona, one of the best spots in the Mediterranean. Due to its superb location on the Mediterranean, its vibrant street life, fascinating Gaudi architecture, superb cuisine and its world famous football team, Barcelona has become among one of Europe's most popular destinations. Overnight in Barcelona

Day 7: Departure from Barcelona

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
