Day 1: Welcome to the land of Pharaoh | Evening Cairo City Tour with Light & Sound Show at Giza

On arrival at Cairo, our representative greets you at the ‘meeting point’ and transfers you comfortably to your hotel. Complete the check-in formalities.Freshen up and then start your tour visit the Egyptian Museum. Next, visit the Papyrus Institute. See the processes and efforts it took to make this ancient form of paper. Also, enjoy the beautiful illustrative Egyptian art and stories painted depicting Egyptian lifestyle and culture. Later, visit the Perfume Factory where a demonstration in the art of perfume making awaits you.The next stop is at the Jewelry Shop where you can browse through exquisite ornaments and shop to your heart’s content.End the day with a visit to the Khan El Khalili Bazaar – Cairo’s most important shopping area for souvenirs and all types of typical Egyptian artifacts. This evening, enjoy attending the Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids.

Day 2: Cairo - Aswan - Nile Cruise

After breakfast at the hotel you will transfer to Cairo airport to fly to Aswan. On arrival, board your Nile Cruise. Embark on a sightseeing tour of Aswan. Visit the High Dam, Philae Temple, and Unfinished Obelisk.

Day 3: Nile Cruise

Today, sail to Kom Ombo, the home of Sobek - the crocodile God who was worshipped in pre-dynastic times. Witness the ancient remains of a temple of a somewhat unusual style. In fact, it is a double temple.The right hand temple is the one consecrated toSobek and the second one is dedicated to Haroeris – the falcon-headed Sky God. This temple was built overlooking the Nile.Early morning, you can opt for an excursion to Abu Simbel – flanked by the almost-as impressive temple of Nefertari the entire site is truly awe-inspiring .Continue sailing to Edfu. On arrival, take a horse carriage ride to visit the Horus Temple. The best preserved temple in the whole of Egypt, it has many inscriptions in the Coptic language and is adorned with paintings from that era.

Day 4: Nile Cruise

Day leisure at Cruise to enjoy Cruise activities & shore excursions. All meals are included on the Cruise Board. Overnight at Cruise.

Day 5: Luxor - Departure

Post Breakfast, check Out & get transfer to the Luxor airport to catch flight for onward journey or catch flight back home. We hope that you would have enjoyed your weekend Holidays in Egypt.

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
