Day 1: Welcome to Singapore

On Arrival at Singapore International Airport, you will be greeted by a representative who will help you with your transfer to the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and rest day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2: Singapore City tour with Singapore Flyer (Optional) + Sentosa Island tour

Day 3: Singapore - Day at Leisure

Post Breakfast, enjoy your day while shopping at Orchard Road or witness stunning night-life at Clark Quay. You may also opt for Gardens By the Bay tour with Sky Deck at Marina Bay Sands tour (Optional) Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4: Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (by Coach)

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Singapore Coach terminal to take coach to KUL. Upon Arrival, get transfer to the Hotel. Check in & Day at Leisure. Overnight at Hotel in KL City.

Day 5: KL- Full day Getting Highland Tour

Post breakfast, Proceed Genting Highlands Day Trip en-route Batu Caves (15 mins photo-stop only) Amidst the freshness of cool, Crisp Mountain airs about 6,000 feet (above sea level lies Malaysiaonly casino resort and is a World-Class City of Entertainment). Return to the hotel at KL City & Overnight Stay.

Day 6: Kuala Lumpur - Day at Leisure

Post Breakfast, You may visit Berjaya Times Square Mall to Shop or to experience Indoor Theme Park. Day 7: Departure Day

• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
