Day 1: Welcome to South Africa | Arrive Capetown

Arrival at Cape Town International Airport. You will be met by a meet and greet representative. Pick up self drive vehicle. Rest of their afternoon at leisure. You may choose to exploring the city around the hotel. Regarded as one of the world's most picturesque tourist destinations and most beautiful cities in the world. Cape Town is situated a mist majestic mountains and is surrounded by pristine white beaches.

Day 2: Cape Town City Tour

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Day start with the city tour - which commences with a tour of Table Mountain (weather permitting; cable car fee not included). Enjoy panoramic views over the Mother City and the Atlantic Seaboard with Robben Island in the distance lying sleepily in Table Bay harbour. In the city itself, stop at the Company Gardens. Enjoy a walk through the garden and a visit to the South African Museum. This is followed by a visit to the Castle of Good Hope. Built between 1666 and 1679 by the Dutch East India Company (VOC) as a maritime replenishment station, the Castle of Good Hope is the oldest surviving colonial building in South Africa. The drive through the city centre would also take you past the Houses of Parliament, the Grand Parade and City Hall from where Nelson Mandela first addressed South Africans after his release in February 1990. Return to your hotel upon completion of the tour at approximately 14h30. Overnight at Hotel in Cape Town.

Day 3: Full Day Cape Point and Peninsula

Post Breakfast, proceed for The highlights of this private full day excursion are visits to the Cape Point Nature Reserve, Boulders Beach Penguin Colony and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. The Tour will take you to Travel along the Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay, stopping at a Llandudno look out point before continuing to Hout Bay, a quaint village and fishing harbour with magnificent mountain views and beach. Optional: Seal Island boat trip (seasonal, weather permitting) (not included in cost). Continue to Chapman's Peak, via one of the world's most breathtaking coastal drives to Cape Point, which is perceived to be the meeting point of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. The Good Hope Nature Reserve has magnificent fynbos vegetation, birdlife, endemic antelope species and zebra, a historic lighthouse and shipwrecks. Enjoy a light lunch at a nearby restaurant (not included in cost). Continue to Simon's Town, a charming village with Victorian architecture, a naval base and a large penguin colony at the beautiful Boulders Beach. Before returning to your hotel you will visit the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Includes: Transportation from and to hotel, entrance fees to Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Boulders Beach Penguin Colony and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Excluded all meals, drinks and all items not mentioned. Overnight at Hotel in Cape Town.

Day 4: Cape Town to Knysna

Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfer to Knysna by road. On arrival in Knysna, proceed to check in at their hotel and rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5: Knysna Day Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Indulge yourself in a Featherbed eco-experience. It starts with a 25-minute ferry cruise. Your local guide on board will share fascinating tales about the Lagoon, the early shipping industry and oyster cultivation. On arrival at the Reserve, you can enjoy a drive to the top of the Western Head in a 4 x 4 unimog vehicle with trailers, stopping at a magnificent view point en route. Here unsurpassed views of the Lagoon, mountains and Knysna can be enjoyed, whilst our knowledgeable guides explain the history and ecology of the Reserve. Transfer back to the Hotel and rest of the at leisure.

Day 6: Knysna toGeorge Airport | Arrival at Johannesburg | Proceed to Sun City

Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Get transfer to the George Airport to catch flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival at Johannesburg, get transfer to the Sun City. The journey will take approx 3 hours. Day 7: Sun City

Early breakfast at the Hotel. Day at leisure to enjoy what Sun City offers, some of them are show-stopping entertainment and activities for the whole family, day and night. From cabaret shows to casino thrills, game viewing to golfing, there are plenty of things to do in Africa’s top resort!

Day 8: Sun City to Mabula Game Reserve

Early breakfast at the Hotel and check out. It takes 3 hours, 52 minutes to travel from Sun City to Mabula Game Lodge. Approximate driving distance between Sun City and Mabula Game Lodge is 194 kms or 120.5 miles or 104.8 nautical miles. Mabula Game Reserve is a private game reserve situated in the Limpopo province of South Africa. It is about 12,000 hectares in area and is about 47 km from Bela Bela. The current owner of Mabula Game Reserve is the Indian businessman baron Vijay Mallya. Overnight at Mabula Game reserve.

Day 9: Mabula Game Reserve

Breakfast at the Camp. Enjoy the sights and sounds that the Camp has to offer. Leaving from the Main Lodge, Guides will accompany you on an experience that introduces you to Nature on an intimate level. Being on foot allows you to witness the detail of both Flora and Fauna on a different scale, often highlighting smaller and less familiar species. Guides are specifically qualified to undertake walking safaris and are well equipped to ensure safety. Overnight at Mabula Reserve.

Day 10: Mabula to Johannesburg

Post breakfast, check out & get transfer to the Johannesburg. Arrive at JNB & check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, Discover the colour, energy, and history of vibrant Soweto on this cycle tour which starts from Lebo's Soweto Backpackers. Cycle to the look-out point that takes in Orlando West and East, as well as the surrounding townships including the home of the famous soccer team Orlando Pirates. Continue to Mzimhlophe Men's Hostel , a former migrant workers' hostel and learn how men from around the country moved to Johannesburg to work in the gold mines and the conditions they lived in, as well as how this area has now transformed to become a Soweto community today. Travel to the Hector Pieterson memorial site which commemorates the uprising on the 16 June 1976 when hundreds of children and youths lost their lives while protesting the Apartheid Education System. From there we continue on to Vilakazi Street to have a look at Nelson Mandela's former home and the home of Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu, to learn more about these icons' contributions to a free and democratic South Africa. Return to Lebo's Soweto Backpackers where you can take in more of Soweto the community and its people. Includes: Local English speaking guide, entrance fees and transportation as indicated. Overnight at Hotel in JNB.

Day 11: Departure from Johannesburg

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
