Day 1: Cape Town: Arrival

Say hello to mesmerizing Mother City Kick-start your Cape Town tour package by arriving at the Cape Town International Airport via an overnight flight. You will be greeted by our local representative at the airport and will be transferred via private transport to your hotel. After check-in formalities, rest up for a while with your family or group. Take the remainder of this day for leisure or self-exploration as per your interest. Return to the hotel to spend the night.

Day 2: Cape Town: Sightseeing

After finishing your most important meal of the day, get ready for a full-day Cape Town city tour. Reach the top of iconic Table Mountain to admire the beautiful panorama of Cape Town and the harbor. On a clear day, the mountain offers splendid views of the Atlantic Ocean and cityscape. After coming down from Table Top, trace the scenic coastline through Clifton Beach and Sea Point neighborhood. If the weather in Cape Town is not perfect for Table Mountain, a visit to Signal Hill will be arranged. Go on a stroll through Greenmarket Square to admire historical buildings and shop for souvenirs in the flea market. Take a history lesson at District Six Museum and tour the Houses of Parliament, the City Hall, and the Castle. After a busy day of Cape Town sightseeing, shop and eat your way through the bustling lanes of Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Return to your hotel to spend the night.

Day 3: Cape Town: Cape Peninsula Tour

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, get ready for Cape Point Tour for a full-day via private transport. Visit the point where Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. If the weather is permitting, board a 30-minute cruise to watch the seals in their natural habitat. Explore Cape Point Nature Reserve and Cape of Good Hope. Stop for a lunch at The Galley Fish Hoek at your own cost. Take a refreshing dip in the Indian Ocean if the water is not too cold. In the evening, watch the happy feet of African penguins roaming around at Simonstown facing the False Bay. Return to the hotel after a wondrous day on this Cape Town holiday package.

Day 4: Cape Town: Departure

After savoring your first meal of the day, check out of the hotel in Cape Town. You will be dropped to the international airport via private transport to catch the flight back home. Your Cape Town holidays culminate here.

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
