Day 1: Welcome to the Land of Mummies | Arrival at Cairo

Upon your arrival at the Airport, you will be met by your agent who will escort you to the hotel and assist you with check-in formalities. The rest of the day you can spend at leisure. Enjoy the dinner with overnight rest at the hotel.

Day 2: Full Day Cairo City Tour | Night train to Aswan

After breakfast check out of the hotel and get ready for an exciting day of city tours. You will visit The Great Pyramids, Lord of the Sphinx, and The Egyptian Museum. After this go for an exciting tour of the fascinating Khan El-Khalili Bazaar which is reputed to be the largest bazaar in the Middle East. And then you proceed to the Railway station and board a train to Aswan. Dinner and overnight stay in the train.

Day 3: Aswan station to Embark Nile Cruise

Enjoy a delicious breakfast on board the train. When you reach Aswan you will be met by our representative who will escort you directly to your Nile Cruise. You can check in and drop your luggage. Then leave for a tour of the High Dam which is an architectural wonder After that you will be visiting the Philae Temple, The unfinished obelisk, and Kom Ombo temple. Enjoy your dinner and Overnight stay in the Cruise.

Day 4: Excursion from Nile Cruise

Enjoy an early breakfast on the Nile Cruise. After that, you will be visiting the Edfu temple. This is a sight to behold. Enjoy your lunch on board the cruise. We will move towards Luxor. Overnight stay on the cruise.

Day 5: On Cruise - Tour to Luxor & nearby places

After having an enticing breakfast on the cruise, you will be moving towards West Bank. Your visits will include Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon, Karnak temple, and Luxor temple. You will certainly have a great time visiting these places. Have an enticing dinner and overnight stay on the cruise.

Day 6: Disembark Cruise - Luxor Airport

STANDARD POLICY

• Price mentioned is on twin sharing/Double occupancy basis
• Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as a confirmation acknowledgment.

• Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure
• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
