Day 1: Welcome to Auckland, New Zealand + Evening Dinner Cruise.

Arrive Auckland International Airport. Meet & greet and transfer to hotel. In the evening, you will proceed to the Auckland Harbour Dinner Cruise. See landmarks including Auckland Harbour Bridge and Sky Tower as they light up for the night. Overnight stay at the hotell

Day 2: Auckland to Rotorua

Post breakfast, Depart from Auckland and travel to Rotorua by vehicle (SIC or Self Driven). After that, you will visit the Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland. Auckland to Rotorua journey shall take approx 3.5hours. Arrival at Rotorua & Check in to Hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Rotorua Full Day City Tour.

After breakfast, you will proceed to Discover Rotorua Morning City Tour. Enjoy a guided tour to view mighty geysers, boiling mud pools. In the afternoon, you will visit Rotorua Cultural Eco Small Group Tour. Explore the woodcarving school, art and craft gallery, Rotowhio Marae, weaving display and kiwi house. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Rotorua to Wellington

Post Breakfast, Check out & Travel south to reach the popular lake resort of Taupo and along the shores of Lake Taupo to Turangi, before continuing on the Desert Road, dominated in the background by the three peaks of Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe and Tongariro. Continue south through lush farmland before arriving in the Capital City of Wellington. Check in to hotel & rest day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5: Wellington to Queenstown Flight (on Own)

Post Breakfast, check out & Depart to the airport to catch domestic flight from Wellington to Queenstown (airfare is NOT included). A morning flight is recommended to allow time to explore Queenstown at leisure in the afternoon. Arrival at the Queenstown & get transfer to the hotel. Check in & rest day at leisure to explore this magnificent city by your own. Overnight at Hotel in Queenstown.

Day 6: Queenstown - Full day Milford South Tour

Post early morning breakfast, Follow the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden, and onward to Lake Te Anau. Enter the Eglinton Valley and travel through the breath taking man made Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak and the cascading Bowen Falls. Return to Queenstown

Day 7: Queenstown city tour + Segway Tour.

After breakfast, you will proceed to Queenstown Segway Tour. See the great views of Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown and its beautiful surroundings. After that, you can enjoy the Queenstown Skyline Gondola And Restaurant Tour. You can see a panoramic view of the lake, mountains and Coronet Peak. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8: Queenstown - Mt. Cook - Christchurch

Post breakfast, check out & Travel this morning to Mt Cook- the cloud piercer. Visit the Church of the Good Shepherd before travelling across the Canterbury Plains to arrive in Christchurch. Check into the Hotel.Rest Day at Leisure. Overnight stay at Christchurch Hotel.

Day 9: Christchurch City tour.

After breakfast, you will proceed to Grand Tour of Christchurch Including Botanic Gardens, Gondola, and Hop-On Hop-Off Tram. Admire the panoramic views over Christchurch, Lyttelton Harbour, and the Southern Alps. After that, you will visit the Akaroa Shuttle. Enjoy panoramic views of Banks Peninsula, stop at Little River to visit an art gallery, view of Akaroa from the Hill Top. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Christ Church - Departure Day

• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
