Day 1: Welcome to Auckland, New Zealand

Arrive Auckland International Airport. Meet & greet and transfer to hotel. In the evening, you will proceed to the Auckland Harbour Dinner Cruise. See landmarks including Auckland Harbour Bridge and Sky Tower as they light up for the night. Overnight stay at the hotell

Day 2: Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua

After breakfast, Depart Auckland and travel Rotorua by vehicle. Overnight stay at the hotel. Travel south through the fertile Waikato region to arrive at Waitomo. Enjoy a guided tour of the world famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves including an underground boat ride. On completion continue over the forested Mamaku Ranges to reach Rotorua.

Day 3: Full Day Rotorua tour incl. Dinner

Visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve to see boiling mudpools and roaring geysers. Following this, visit Agrodome for a farm show featuring sheep dog demonstrations and cow milking. Visit Rainbow Springs to see New Zealand’s trout, birds and wildlife. The afternoon is at leisure.This evening enjoy an authentic Maori Hangi (feast) and Concert. Overnight at Rotorua.

Day 4: Rotoua to Wellington Journey

Travel south to reach the popular lake resort of Taupo and along the shores of Lake Taupo to Turangi, before continuing on the Desert Road, dominated in the background by the three peaks of Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe and Tongariro. Continue south through lush farmland before arriving in the ‘Capital City’ of Wellington. Check in to your hotel & rest day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel in Wellington.

Day 5: Wellington City tour.

Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Wellington (seat in coach guests only). Visit Te Papa Museum for a short guided tour (both seat in coach and self drive guests) before enjoying a free afternoon. Overnight at Hotel in Wellington.

Day 6: Wellington - Picton - Kaikoura

Post breakfast, Check out & Journey across Cook Strait and into the Marlborough Sounds before arriving in Picton. Travel south through the town of Blenheim, before reaching Kaikoura – here you might like to take an optional whale-watch cruise or scenic flight (optional activities not included in the tour price). Overnight at Kaikoura.

Day 7: Kaikoura to Christchurch

Post Breakfast, check out & Leave Kaikoura behind as you turn inland and travel to the ‘Garden City’ of Christchurch. The journey will take approx 3 hours. Check in & rest day at leisure to explore the city by own. Overnight stay at Christchurch.

Day 8: Christchurch to Mt. Cook

Travel across the fertile Canterbury Plains before arriving at Lake Tekapo. Visit the ‘Church of the Good Shepherd’ before continuing onto Mt Cook National Park. Overnight stay at Mt. Cook

Day 9: Mt. Cook to Queenstown

Post Breakfast, check out & Follow the shores of Lake Pukaki south to the small town of Twizel before continuing through the historic Central Otago region to Lake Wakatipu and the ‘Alpine Resort’ of Queenstown. This scenic journey will take approx 3.5 to 4 hours. Arrival at Queenstown, check in to your Hotel & overnight stay.

Day 10: Queenstown - Free Day at Leisure

A free day to explore the endless optional attractions available. Queenstown offers bungy jumping, jetboating, white water rafting, gondola rides and much more. Optional activities not included in the tour price.

Day 11: Queenstown to Te Anau (Via Milford Sound Cruise Tour with Lunch)

Post early morning breakfast, check out & Follow the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden, and onward to Lake Te Anau. Enter the Eglinton Valley and travel through the breath taking Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak. Arrive Te Anau & check in to your hotel. Overnight at Te Anau. (Lunch included at Cruise)

Day 12: Te Anau - Dunedin

Post Breakfast, check out & travel to onwards journey to Cross the fertile Southland Plains through Gore and Balclutha to South Otago. Then travel north to the ‘Edinburgh of the South’, Dunedin. The afternoon is free for optional activities. Overnight at Dunedin.

Day 13: Dunedin to Christchurch

Post Breakfast, check out from Hotel & Travel north through lush farmland and a series of small farming communities to Christchurch. The journey will take approx 5 hours. Arrive at Christchurch & check in to your hotel. Rest day at leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel in CHC.

Day 14: ChristChurch - Departure Day

• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
