Day 1: Delhi – Shimla (380 kms)

After arrival in Delhi meet our travel representative and begin your journey towards Shimla which is located at a distance of 343 kilometers. It takes about 8 hours to reach Shimla. Shimla is capital of Himachal Pradesh and the former capital of Britishers. Also set amidst the city are the snow copper, shivalik mountains which offers some of the most beautiful views of the Himalayan region. Check in to your hotel followed by which dinner is served along with an overnight stay.

Day 2: Shimla

Wake up at your own leisurely pace and have a scrumptious breakfast. Spend your afternoon hours by taking a half day city tour visiting Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu Temple and visit Kufri; a beautiful snow hill station. Spend the remaining time at your own leisurely pace. Dinner is served followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Shimla – Manali

Post an early breakfast, proceed towards Manali which is located at a distance of 320 kilometers. It takes about 8 hours to reach Manali. Manali is a perfect hill station covered with snow mountains and beautiful waterfalls. After arrival check in at the hotel followed by which dinner is served along with an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Manali - Day at Leisure

Post breakfast, get your entire day to explore or to relax. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 5: Manali - Hadimba Devi Temple

Post breakfast, go for a city tour which includes Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisht Village. Spend the remaining time at your own leisurely pace. Dinner is served at hotel followed by an overnight stay. Post breakfast, leave on a full day excursion visiting Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass which is the most visited tourist spot in Himalaya having snow round the year; and Solang Valley. Return to the hotel in the evening and have dinner followed by an overnight stay.

Day 6: Delhi Departure

Post breakfast, checkout from the hotel and do some local sightseeing; Pinjore garden ,rock garden are some of the famous local sights in Chandigarh. In the afternoon begin your journey back to Delhi.

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
