Day 1: Welcome to Spain | Arrive in Barcelona

If you arrive early, get a head start in exploring this lively city with the help of tour operator In the late afternoon, meet your Tour Director who will give you some helpful hints on how to make the most of your free time in Barcelona

Day 2: Barcelona - Day at Leisure

There are many choices for how you could shape your stay in Barcelona. Choose an optional panoramic drive and walking tapas tour, or discover the many museums, markets, and shops. If you have a day at the beach in mind, Barceloneta is the place to go.

Day 3: Barcelona - Hop on Hop Off Tour

More time to discover. Sample the culinary traditions of Catalunya and visit a food market like the Boqueria, located in the Ramblas. We suggest an optional excursion to the Spanish countryside with a winery visit for a Cava wine-tasting session.

Day 4: Barcelona to Valencia

After Breakfast, leave for Valencia a beautiful city in Spain. Overnight stay in hotel

Day 5: Explore Valencia

Valencia is a city to discover your way! Highlights are the City of Arts and Science and the Silk Exchange. Explore the lively and beautiful modernistic Central Market, and don’t miss the paella! This Valencian rice dish is a must to experience the staple of Spanish kitchens for centuries. You may also choose from a variety of exciting optional excursions

Day 6: Valencia to Madrid

Today, after breakfast, leave for Madrid. Arrive Madrid and overnight stay in Madrid.

Day 7: Madrid - Hop on Hop Off Tour

Stroll around the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor areas, in the city center, for a taste of the joyful life in Madrid. There are plenty of museums to visit. Immerse yourself in local life by joining us on a stroll through a lively market, followed by brunch. Visit the Royal Palace or spend free time in the Sabatini Gardens, then pick a traditional taverna for authentic Spanish fare

Day 8: Madrid - Day at Leisure

Post breakfast, enjoy your own time to stroll or to shop. You may choose to watch Live Bull Fight or take the full ay tour to visit to Avila and Segovia day trip from Madrid. Overnight at Madrid.

Day 9: Departure Day

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
