Day 1: Delhi

Welcome to the nature’s paradise! Our representative will drive you to Nainital after picking you up from a decided spot. Upon your arrival in Nainital, you will check in at the hotel. Keeping in mind you feeling tiresome due to long 7 hour drive, we will recommend you to spend your evening in leisure. Take a stroll near the hotel or go for a boat ride in the Naini Lake.

Day 2: Nainital

Nainital is at an elevation of 2000m above the sea level, thus making it a pleasant place to visit throughout the year for the tourist. Located amidst the Himalayan Mountain, Nainital offers you a picturesque view from any corner of the city. Post your breakfast session, you will leave for your scheduled sightseeing tour of the town Nainital. You will be visiting the must visits, quite popular among the tourists. Later in the evening you may go for a stroll in the local market and buy local items for memories from the trip here. You have an overnight stay at the hotel in Nainital.

Day 3: Kausani

A place situated in Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand, Kausani offers you a spectacular view of the great Himalayan peak. Wake up and freshen up, and have breakfast and later get ready to visit this small town via Ranikhet. While going to Kausani, you will also make a stopover in Ranikhet to visit Chaubatia which is famous for the beauty of the famous Chaubatia Garden. You will also visit Kalika estate and Update. Spend your day at leisure with your loved ones and retire for the day post dinner. You have an overnight stay at the hotel in Kausani.

Day 4: Kausani

Situated 117 kilo meters away from Nainital, Kasuani stands at an elevation of 1890 meters above the sea level. It is famously called as the mini Switzerland of India by the locals, and was named by the great Mahatma Gandhi due to its exceptional natural splendor. Your fourth day of the trip will be scheduled with a local visit of the Kausani village. Later in the evening you will come back at the hotel and have dinner. You have an overnight stay in the hotel

Day 5: Almora

Post your breakfast provided by the hotel, you will leave for Almora. Known as the bewitching hill station of the state Uttarakhand, Almora has an elevation of 1638 meters standing above the sea level. It is surrounded perfectly by the mesmerizing snowcapped Himalayan mountains and pine and old oak trees. Spend your day at leisure amidst the nature’s beauty, followed by a dinner in the late evening. You have an overnight stay at the hotel in Almora.

Day 6: Delhi

There is a saying, ‘Time flies swiftly’ which is a correct way to bid adieu from our side. You will get ready for your departure post breakfast and our driver will drop you for your scheduled departure at the airport or the railway station for your journey back home

• Price mentioned is on twin sharing/Double occupancy basis
• Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as a confirmation acknowledgment.

• Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure
• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
