Day 1: Welcome to Europe | Arrival into Prague

Welcome to Czech Republic! On arrival at Prague airport and get transferred to hotel. Check in & rest day at leisure to explore by own. Overnight stay at Prague.

Day 2: Best of Prague Full day City Tour

After a delectable breakfast, See the most of Prague during a six and a half hour bus, boat and walking tour. We begin at the Wenceslas Square where we board on an air-conditioned bus with tour guide and drive around the most significant places in Prague (such as the National Museum and the Dancing House), eventually reaching the dominant of the city, the Prague Castle. From there, we will continue on foot down to the Lesser Town, Kampa Island, Charles Bridge, Old Town with the Astronomical Clock and the Jewish Quarter. Finally, we will enjoy the view of Hradcany, the National Theatre and other Prague gems during a boat cruise through the Vltava river. This tour ends at the Dvorak Riverside in the vicinity of the Czech Bridge. Overnight at Prague.

Day 3: Prague to Vienna | Vienna afternoon Panoramic city tour with Schonbrunn Palace.

post Breakfast, check out & arrive to Train station by own. 2nd class Eurail from Prague to Vienna. Arrival at Vienna & check in at hotel. By the later afternoon, Take a tour of the main sights within the city centre and visit the magnificently decorated rooms of Schonbrunn Palace. Duration of tour: 3 hours (air-conditioned vehicles) Overnight at Hotel in Vienna.

Day 4: Vienna - Bratislava by Bus and Boat Optional

Post Breakfast, enjoy your day at own. Optional you may choose The excursion to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, by modern public transit bus begins at 8:30 am. The city walk , your guide will be waiting for you upon arrival in Bratislava , takes you to the picturesque old town. At 4 pm you return by speedboat TWIN CITY LINER. Experience travelling at a high speed, but at the same time, in supreme comfort. The catamaran is fully air-conditioned. After passing through the untouched and protected Danube River wetlands and National Park Donauauen, the tour ends at Schwedenplatz at 5.30 pm. Overnight at Vienna.

Day 5: Vienna to Budapest

Today, after breakfast, Check out & catch train to Budapest. On Arrival, transfer to the hotel (by Own), check in & Enjoy the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Budapest

Day 6: Budapest Hop on Hop off tour

After breakfast, today, proceed to visit the beautiful city of hungry and explore this city on a city bus. Our Budapest bus tour immerses you in one of Europe's most entrancing cities. Enjoy 2 routes around the main sites of Budapest, hop on for panoramic views of spectacular Heroes' Square, elegant Andrassy Avenue and the magnificent Parliament building. Hop off to explore Margaret Island, the old Castle District, and discover Budapest's hidden gems. Booking this package visit Budapest on board of your Big Bus double decker for two days and enjoy two free walking tours around the major sites of the Pest side to see the beautiful Basilica and Opera House, and on Buda side to discover the Castle District area. Day 7: Departure Day from Budapest.

• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
