Day 1: Arrive Kenya

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi you will be picked up by our agent and taken to your hotel in Nairobi. Check in and freshen up at the hotel. You have the rest of the day at leisure. You can explore nearby areas or go shopping. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 2: Visit Lake Nakuru National Park in the Great Rift Valley

Post breakfast, depart from Nairobi to the exotic locales of Lake Nakuru National Park situated in the Great Rift Valley. Check in at the hotel and after lunch take part in the exciting game drive which is planned for you, in the afternoon. The Park is the natural habitat of stunning exotic flocks of birds with the Greater Flamingos, which literally turns the lakeshores into a brilliant pink stretch as they flock around it. The bird habitat in this region is renowned for the co-existence of over 400 bird species like White Pelicans, Egrets, Plovers, and Marabou Stork, existing together. It is one of the few places in the African region you can spot the almost mythical White Rhino and the rare Rothschild Giraffe. Spend the night at a lodge camp in Naivasha.

Day 3: Drive to Masai Mara National Reserve from Lake Nakuru National Park

Spending the night in Naivasha, you have the opportunity to witness the myriad of bird life coming alive in the morning at the Lake. After breakfast, drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve which is an enormous reserve which is a part of the vast Serengeti plains known for its spectacular wildebeest migration. It is the home of the Big Five; the Lion, the Elephant, the Leopard, the Buffalo and the Rhino. After the morning, it is time for lunch at your Lodge/ camp in Mara as well as relaxing before going out for the afternoon game drive. The Mara Game Reserve is one of the largest wildernesses present in the world with diverse large mammals roaming about freely. Among the Residents of the Parks are the Maasai Giraffe, Eland, Buffalo, Impala, Topi, Zebra, as well as both Thomson's and Grant’s Gazelles.

Day 4: Stay-in at Masai Mara National Reserve

Post breakfast carry on another morning of game-viewing and drive to look for various myriad species of game that make the Masai Mara National Reserve their home. If lucky, you can be the witness of a live kill, living the thrilling action by the moment. After a delicious lunch at your lodge proceed for more exciting game drives and have a look at the famous Big Five.

Day 5: Departure Day

Post Breakfast, Check out from hotel & Get transfer to the airport to catch the flight back home . We Hope that you would have like your Kenya holidays with 360 Trip!!

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
