Day 1: Arrive Nairobi

On your arrival at the international airport in Nairobi, our representative will welcome you. After a quich meet and greet session, he will transfer you hotel in Nairobi where rooms will be pre-booked for you and your family.Check-in at the hotel, and rest for the remaining part of the day in your rooms. Spare some time for a small session of safari briefing.Enjoy a restful overnight stay at this hotel in Nairobi.

Day 2: Safari tour of Amboseli National Park

Kickstart your day with a healthy breakfast, and gear up for your transfer to Amboseli. Drive south across the Athi plains, home of the Maasai tribe, to the Kenya-Tanzania border town of Namanga, before arriving at the lodge/camp during lunchtime. Check-in at the lodge/camp, and enjoy an authentic lunch meal with your family.Post lunch, rest for a short while in your rooms. Later, get ready for your for your first game drive at Amboseli National Park. Witness the vivid wildlife of Africa, comprising of elephants, giraffes, cheetahs and lions,and also can also cherish the breathtaking views of the highest mountain in Africa, Mt. Kilimanjaro, which adorns the background of the national park.Head back to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Day at Amboseli

Enjoy a filling breakfast, spend a relaxing day at the lodge/camp in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives.Families can relax by the pool at the lodge, and marvel over the views of the surroundings embellished by the colossal Mt. Kilimanjaro. Later, in the afternoon, families can head to the park for an exhilarating game drive.Enjoy a lip-smacking supper, and a comfortable overnight stay at the lodge/camp.

Day 4: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

Kickstart your day with a delicious breakfast, prepare to check-out from the lodge/camp and depart for the rift valley lakes region.As soon as you arrive at the resort with your family, complete all check-in formalities, and unwind in your rooms. After a while, you will be served a delicious lunch.After lunch, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You can spend time with your loved ones, and enjoy different facilities available at the club. Families can also opt for an optional boat ride at the lake where they can spectate large flocks of Flamingos, pelican and other water birds. Animals like zebras, gazelles, giraffes, and monkeys can also be spectated within the resort ground.Later, head back to the camp/lodge for dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5: Masai Mara Game Reserve tour

After a delectable breakfast at the lodge, depart for Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Covering 1800 square kilometers of land, Masai Mara is an extension of the world famous Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Every year over 1.5 million wildebeests, thousands of zebras, gazelles, topi, and other animals migrate to and from Serengeti and Masai Mara.On your arrival at the lodge/camp in Masai Mara, check-in, and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch with your family.Post lunch, embark on a wildlife safari across the savannah grasslands of Masai Mara. Families can avail this opportunity to spectate the Big Five animals of Africa, namely, lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and Cape buffalo.After enjoy a thrilling game drive, head back to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Day at Masai Mara

After breakfast, families can enjoy a full day in Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives.Families may also opt for a full day game drive to explore different areas of preserved Savannah grasslands. Alternatively, they may also choose to start the day with an optional early morning hot air Balloon ride across the Mara plains followed by a champagne breakfast and a game drive while returning back to the lodge (at extra cost).Later, head back to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Departure Day from Masai Mara to Nairobi

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
