Day 1: Arrive Nairobi and Leisure Day

On your arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be greeted by an agent’s representative who will take you to the hotel. You will be also briefed about your safari. Complete check-in formalities at the hotel and unwind. Remaining part of the day is at leisure that you can enjoy as you like. You can take pleasure in a leisurely stroll around the city, treating your senses to the beauty all around you or gorge on local delicacies.Later, come back to the hotel for a refreshing night.

Day 2: Nyeri The Delightful Aberdares

Get ready to explore the magnificent Aberdares region.Have a hearty breakfast and get ready to proceed towards the magnificent Aberdares region in Nyeri. Travelers will reach the place around the time for lunch. After having lunch at the hotel the travelers will be transferred to The Ark Lodge. This tree-lodge is uniquely shaped to resemble the actual Ark. It is designed with decks from which numerous balconies and lounges provide superb outlook points for viewing the wild animals of Aberdares National Park visiting the salt-lick and waterhole.The tree house stay is a major attraction of the Kenya tour package. Day 3: Nyahururu Amidst the wildlife

Explore the mesmerizing wilderness of this beautiful country.You’ll be departing for the Nyahururu, also known as Thompson’s Falls, soon after breakfast. Visiting the Rift Valley and Lake Nakuru National Park is sure to be a beautiful experience. After having lunch at one of the hotels, it would be time for an exciting game drive and some bird watching. From the White Pelicans, Egrets, Marabou Stork, Flamingos to the White Rhino and the extremely rare Rothschild Giraffe, you will get an opportunity to witness it all. Overnight stay and dinner at a hotel in Naivasha follows.

Day 4: Masai Mara: Game Drive

Enjoy an exceptional experience in Masai Mara. Enjoy a wholesome breakfast and drive towards the Masai Mara through the beautiful Great Rift Valley as you head towards a full-day game-viewing drive to search for some of the most beautiful species of game that make this reserve their home. Today, travelers stand a chance to witness the kill in action, moment by moment, right in front of their eyes, if they are lucky enough. The usual sightings at the park are of rhinos, African elephants, wildebeests, zebras and a wide variety of birds. After a scrumptious lunch travelers can go for another exciting game drive, where you can expect to see the famous 'Big 5'.After an action-packed day, proceed to your next accommodation in Masai Mara where you can have a delicious dinner and soothing overnight stay.

Day 5: Masai Mara Explore to the fullest

Enjoy a wholesome breakfast and head towards a full-day game-viewing drive to search for some of the most beautiful species of game that make this reserve their home. Travelers can spot the kill in action, moment by moment, right in front of their eyes, if they are lucky enough. After a delicious lunch travelers can go for another exciting game drive, where you can expect to see the famous 'Big 5'. The wildlife safari is going to be the major attraction of the Kenya.After an action-packed day, return to the lodge in Masai Mara for a delicious dinner and soothing overnight stay.

Day 6: Departure Day

• Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure
• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
