Day 1: Welcome to Tanzania International Airport - Ngorongoro

Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro airport a tour agent's representative will receive you, will brief you about the Safari excursion in the day ensuing, and will escort you to your hotel of stay you would be transferred to Ngorongoro Crater rim, where you will check into the lodge and have lunch. Post lunch you can spend the day at leisure enjoying walking safaris around the local areas. Later return to the Lodge and indulge in a delicious dinner before retiring for the night.

Day 2: Picnic at Crater Floor

Savour a hearty morning meal and get ready to check out from the lodge with packed picnic lunch, as this day of your Tanzania itinerary takes you for a picnic bout at Crater Floor. Spend your picnic day at Crater Floor and have lunch at any famous picnic spots of the park. As the evening approaches, return to your lodge which is strategically placed on the edge of the collapsed volcano. Before concluding the day, gorge on the amazing dinner that gives a perfect ending to this lovely day.

Day 3: Day in Serengeti

Kickstart your day with an appetizing morning meal and get ready to depart from your lodge, as this day of your Tanzania itinerary takes you to the Great Serengeti. Spend your day within the park and later have lunch that you carried along. In the evening you will be transferred to the lodge at Serengeti, wherein you would be served a delectable platter before you adjourn.

Day 4: Game Drive in Serengeti

This day of your Tanzania itinerary takes you once again to the great Serengeti, wherein you can spend the day enjoying game drives. The evening is reserved for you to spend it the way you like. Post your transferral to the lodge at Serengeti, a luscious dinner will be served to give a perfect wind-up to your action-packed day.

Day 5: Transfer to Manyara

Post a hearty breakfast at the lodge, you can once again indulge in game drives within the Serengeti Park. Later, this day features a transferral to Lake Manyara National Park. Indulge in game drives and don't forget to capture a snap of the exclusive eye-candy of this place-tree-climbing lions. Later, return to your lodge at Manyara and retire for the night.

Day 6: Departure Day from Manyara to Airport

Post breakfast, check out & get transfer to the Airport to catch flight back home. We hope that your have enjoyed your Holidays with 360Trip!

STANDARD POLICY

• Price mentioned is on twin sharing/Double occupancy basis
• Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as a confirmation acknowledgment.

• Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure
• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
