Day 1: Welcome to Nairobi | Kilimanjaro Airport - Arusha

Upon your arrival at the airport in Nairobi, you will be welcomed by our representatives. Enjoy being warmly welcomed and, receive a briefing about your safari tours to get a clear picture of what to expect. Proceed forward to the beautiful city of Arusha where you will check in at the hotel booked for your stay. Post check-in, you will be served a freshly prepared lunch. After lunch, you can spend the rest of the day at leisure exploring the lodge's facilities.Enjoy a luscious supper, and a comfortable overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2: Arusha - Ngorongoro tour

After early breakfast, check out from the lodge along with packed picnic lunch, and prepare to depart for a tour of the crater floor, which is home to the big five animals. Witness the vivid wildlife of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Today you will also get an opportunity to spend some time within the Ngorongoro crater, and have lunch at one of the famous picnic spots in the park. In the evening, you will be returning to the lodge.

Day 3: Arusha Depart to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast at the lodge, check-out and depart for a visit to the Great Serengeti, home to the big five and numerous plains games. Spectate the extensive variety of fauna within the park, and enjoy a lunch meal as well. In the evening, you will be transferred to the lodge for dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park Tour

Kickstart your day with a filling breakfast, and gear up for a full day tour of the Great Serengeti. Spend the day enjoying game drives within the Great Serengeti. This thrilling wildlife safari lets you explore the depths of the national park, and witness the extensive variety of flora & fauna. In the evening, drive back to the lodge for dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5: Serengeti Park - Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, enjoy morning game drives within the park. Later, check-out from the lodge, and depart to Lake Manyara National Park which is famous for its tree-climbing lions. Manyara is also home to flamingos, elephant, wildebeest, baboon, giraffe and numerous other animal species.After a full day at the national park, head to the Manyara wildlife safari camp for dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha Airport

Post breakfast, check out & get transfer to the Arusha Airport to catch flight back home. We hope that you would have enjoyed your African Holidays!

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
