Day 1: Welcome to Tanzania | Arrive Kilimanjaro Airport

Our representative will meet and greet you on arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, after which you will be transferred to your hotel. Also, the breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be included today, overnight at Hotel in Kilimanjaro.

Day 2: Lake Manyara

After a hearty breakfast, you will be driven to Lake Manyara, the park which is famously known for its tree-climbing lions. You kids can also see flamingos, elephant, wildebeest, baboon, giraffe and numerous plains game here. An impressive number of large animals reside in this area and Lake Manyara has a higher concentration of baboons than most parks in Africa. Other animals you can find at the Lake Manyara area include buffalos, Cape clawless otter, cheetahs, Egyptian mongoose, elephants, giraffes, hippos, impalas, leopards, lions, short-eared galagos (or bush babies), warthogs and wildebeest. Manyara will provide you with the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded here. Moreover if you are a first-time visitor to Africa, you might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in a single day! The Highlights being the thousands of pink-hued group of beautiful flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large water birds such as pelicans. Late in the afternoon around 16:00 you all will be going on a exhilarating game drive.

Day 3: Serengeti game drive and leisure day

Relish a hearty breakfast and be ready to depart from the Lake Manyara and proceed to Serengeti. You will be arriving at your hotel in the afternoon. You will have the afternoon at your disposal. You may opt for an evening game drive at 16:30 hrs or just relax and spend some time at the hotel.

Day 4: Serengeti : Game drive

Today the day will be spent in Serengeti with game drives at 06:30 hrs in the morning and 16:00 hrs in the late afternoon. You will get the opportunity to explore this world famous park from the Northern part where the Migration is at its peak. The Serengeti hosts the largest terrestrial mammal migration in the world, which helps secure it as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, and as one of the ten natural travel wonders of the world. The Serengeti is also renowned for its large lion population and is one of the best places to observe pride in their natural environment. The region contains the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and several game reserves.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After a hearty breakfast, you all will proceed for an adventurous morning game drive, with a packed lunch, in Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) is a protected area and a World Heritage Site located 180 km (110 mi) west of Arusha in the Crater Highlands area of Tanzania. The area is named after Ngorongoro Crater, a large volcanic caldera within the area. The conservation area is administered by the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority, an arm of the Tanzanian government, and its boundaries follow the boundary of the Ngorongoro Division of the Arusha Region. Thereafter, you all will return to your lodge in the afternoon after the game drive for lunch. You will have the evening at your disposal to rest and freshen up after a tiring day.

Day 6: Flight to Zanzibar

Today you all will depart from Ngorongoro after breakfast and get transferred to Arusha for lunch. From Arusha, you will then catch a flight to Zanzibar from Kilimanjaro. On your arrival at Zanzibar International Airport, our local representative will meet you and drop you at your hotel for the rest of the evening. You can relax after the flight and rejuvenate your energy.

Day 7: Zanzibar Leisure Day

Today you have the day to yourself. You may enjoy some of the excursions to the various attractions at your destination. You will get to enjoy the sun, sand and sea product at your hotel's beachfront. Let your kids enjoy and participate in beach activities while at your on the trip to Africa or go swimming at the hotel's pool. Stone town, Nungwi, and Kendwa beaches, Snorkelling at Mnemba Atoll, Watching the sunset, Giant Turtles on Prison Island are some of the things you can see and do in Zanzibar. All extra excursions in Zanzibar will be at an extra charge.

Day 8: Zanzibar leisure day

Today you have the day to yourself. You may enjoy some of the excursions to the various attractions at your destination. Other must-see attractions in Zanzibar are the giant turtles on Prison Island and Zanzibar's numerous great fish restaurants. You will get to enjoy the sun, sand and sea product at your hotel's beachfront. Let your kids enjoy and participate in beach activities while at your on a trip to Africa or go swimming at the hotel's pool. All extra excursions in Zanzibar will be at an extra charge.

Day 9: Ngorongoro - Kilimanjaro International Airport

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
