Day 1: Welcome to Johannesburg - Transfer to Sun City

Get set to embark on an adventure of a lifetime! Upon your arrival in Johannesburg, you will be transferred to the gorgeous Sun City Resort, a world famous holiday resort for those in love with luxury. Day 2: Sun City - Day at Leisure

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you can enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. You can either choose to explore this magnificent resort itself, or the nearby attractions such as the Valley of Waves and Water World. If you are not into water activities, then there are golf courses nearby as well along with tennis courts, bowling alleys, squash courts and horse riding opportunities to enjoy. Spend a relaxing night at the hotel itself.

Day 3: Sun City - Johannesburg

After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, check out of the hotel. You will be transferred to Johannesburg via private transport. En-route enjoy a Gold Reef City Tour. Gold Reef City is an amusement park that is located on an old gold mine. Once here, you can also enjoy a tour right into one of the gold mines to view the melting and pouring process of making a gold bullion. After you wrap up the tour of Gold Reef City, it is time to check into your hotel in Johannesburg. You have the rest of the day at leisure, to do as you please. Spend a relaxing night at the hotel.

Day 4: Johannesburg to Cape Town

Today, you get to visit another city of South Africa, Cape Town. So, after an amazing breakfast at the hotel in Johannesburg, leave for the OR Tambo International Airport via a complimentary shuttle transfer. Catch your flight to Cape Town. On arrival at Cape Town, transfer to the hotel and check in. You have the rest of the day free to spend at your leisure. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 5: Cape Town City tour.

Today Post Breakfast, you get to tour some of the most beautiful destinations of the Mother City i.e. Cape Town. So, after a delicious breakfast, enjoy a private tour of the city. Weather permitting, take a cable car right to the top of the Table Mountain, and get to bask in the panoramic view of the city and the coastline. Next, carry on with your tour and cover places such as the Malay Quarter, the South African Museum, the Castle and so on. Its time to pay a visit to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, where you can explore some of the most popular eateries and shops in Cape Town. Enjoy overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Cape Town - Full Day City tour incl. Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden.

After a lovely breakfast of local and global delights at your hotel, it is time to embark on a full day tour the many attractions of Cape Town. Today, cover places such as Cape Point, Hout Bay and the gorgeous harbour. You also get to enjoy a half-hour cruise to Seal Island for an adrenaline fueled trip. You can also opt for visiting the fish market of the Mariners Wharf. After wrapping up the cruise,it is time to pay the Jackass Penguin Colony a visit to mingle with the cute penguins. Later travel towards the Cape of Good Hope, where you can clearly see the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean meet. Towards the evening, visit the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, one of the most beautiful gardens in all of Africa. It is located on the foothills of the Table Mountain. Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 7: Departure from Cape Town.

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included and subject to pay directly at the hotel.
• In case your package has to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall bound to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we,360trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after getting in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
• Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. Surcharge may be levied Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

FLIGHTS

• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package.
• Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Please note, if airline cancel flight/reschedule due to any circumstance,360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package.

HOTEL

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
• An early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS

• Please note that Day at Leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
• Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• All the travel documents - air tickets, VISA & hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure.

• Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:
• The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:
• The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:
• The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
• For any Cancelltion happens within 24hours of Booking [Genuine reason related to Passport/ Natural Calamity / misfortunate unaviodable situation], 360Trip reserves the rights to charges on administrative Fee - INR 2,000/- Per person. 
• For any cancellation happens within first 96 hours of Booking with genuine Reason. Cancellation would be INR 5,000 - 15,000 Per person (based on booking condinations)
